SANTA TO THE MAX - Terms & Conditions
BOOKING
Upon acceptance of our written quotation we will confirm your booking. A courtesy phone call or email will be made to you 7 days prior to your event.
PAYMENT
The payment must be paid in full at the conclusion of your event, unless Santa to the Max has expressly agreed otherwise.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU DECIDE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING DUE TO WEATHER, ILLNESS OR ANY OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, NO FEES WILL BE INCURRED TO POSTPONE YOUR PARTY OR EVENT.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Travel fees may apply to certain locations and you will be notified of any additional such fees upon booking. Should you change the location of your event after you have booked to a location where a travel fee would usually be incurred, we reserve the right to invoice you for these additional travel fees.Parking fees may apply to certain bookings where no free parking is available for Santa to the Max. We ask that you notify Santa to the Max if there is no free parking upon making your booking. Santa to the Max reserves the right to invoice you for the parking fee after your booking if we were not made aware of this prior to the day or if no nearby free parking was available on the day.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
As costumes require repairs, maintenance and to be replaced from time to time, we reserve the right to send an alternative Santa costume to what is described on our website.On the very rare occassion that Santa to the Max may find himself in an emergency situation that prevents him from being able to attend your event, which may be due to illness, car accidents or any other emergency situation that may arise. Santa to the Max will communicate with you to let you know if such a change has occurred.Santa to the Max is highly experienced and will always go above and beyond to keep all the children engaged and entertained for the entirety of your booking. On rare occasions this may not be possible and Santa to the Max does not take responsibility for this, such as when there are distractions at your chosen venue like play equipment or where there is a very broad age range and some of the much younger or much older children choose not to take part.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Santa to the Max will not be held responsible for the behaviour of any child or other person attending your event. We reserve the right to cease entertainment at our discretion, if behaviour of any child or event guest becomes unacceptable, or if there is any unreasonable risk of harm to Santa to the Max, other children or event guests. You agree that either yourself or another nominated adult will remain present for the duration of the event, and will be responsible for the supervision of the event and that you will advise Santa to the Max of who that supervising adult is prior to the commencement of the entertainment. You agree that Santa to the Max will not in any way be liable to you or to any other person for any damage, loss or injury suffered by yourself or any other persons while participating in the event, however such damage, loss or injury, may be caused, whether by our act, default, omission or negligence and you agree to indemnify Santa to the Max in respect of such injury, loss or damage. You agree to notify Santa to the Max of any special requirements of any child or event guests, including but not limited to allergies or other mental, emotional or physical issues, which may affect the entertainment and you agree to indemnify Santa to the Max in respect of any claim which may arise as a result of your misrepresentation or failure to make such a disclosure.
