Any registered charity or hospital or any parent that is looking after a child or children with critical and terminal illness or a disability that prevents them from visiting Santa at shopping centres can have Santa to the Max visit them where ever they are "absolutely free" for the child and their family any day of the year.

"We want to help make the magic of Christmas possible and comfortable for all these special children and their families, we want them to momentarily forget the reality of their situation and create wonderful memories instead during a difficult time in their lives"
